Returns must be started within the first 14 days of receiving your product. Returns will result in store credit and given to you in a form of a gift card. Products must be unopened or undamaged in order to qualify for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by you when returning the product back to us.

We are not responsible for any lost items. CMC ships through USPS, so once it reaches the post office it is out of our hands. To ensure you receive your product please make sure to provide all the correct details regarding your home address. Once your item ships, we send out a tracking number. Reference that tracking number to locate your package. However, we will replace any damaged products on us.
